As per any gambling session, big wins, big losses. Staff are fair, games are provably fair. Best site if you're looking for somewhere that gives back to it's users and listens to its' community.

My account never hits anything even decent when I play but everyones new accounts always hit top tier items. It's like they're new bots just showing what we could of won. The site says there's a fairness ticket where we can check the odds but when they create these cases they put a profit margin for the site to make money on the cases too. So how can there be a fair ticket if they are also putting that margin on there. I'm putting this out here cause ya I'm upset I've spent a lot of money to realize the reality of this and I'm very upset cause that profit margin definitely makes it a scam cause if you would hit a high ticket if the site isn't making money on the case you wouldn't get that ticket. So I wanna tell all the newbies so they don't waste they're money and I will spread it across the world do not go on this site. It's not worth it and the managers will say oh it's gambling but in they're tos its not even a gambling site. What a joke

A truly nice gambling site which allows for both skin and cash deposits, has an easy withdraw system, several game modes and very helpful moderators.

My only problem is that they should add more game modes.

Had my doubts at start, but can confirm its legit. I even looted the 0.01% item from the 30lvl case a couple of days ago

Personally I like the site. I’ve won thousands and lost thousands.

I like the way the site works, however the servers could be improved. This is the reason for the 4/5 Stars.

There’s been many times I’ve had something go wrong, (roulette doesn’t roll and you have to refresh) (Dice slow roll updating your balance before you’ve won/lost) (Entering the wrong case battles because when I go to click the one I want to join another one is made and I join that one by accident(Lost 2.5k Coins because of that mistake one time)).

But the staff are unreal and always helpful. I personally would like a rewards system rework as I feel they’re not as good as they could be without draining money from the casinos pocket.

Well, i have played quite alot, was level 50..
everything is fair and all but their support and everything is absolutely horrible. Someone said they were buying skins for crypto, I replied sure. boom, perma banned from the entire site. Wrote an apology letter everything and they said it was irreversible. I didnt even know this wasn't allowed, at least me replying sure... I didnt even do anything else besides that. Absolutely horrible. Getting afew youtubers to blast it out and make it known. Maybe this is how they earn.. let people get to high levels and ban them.

I DID NOT engange in any form of trading despite me replying sure . neither is there any proof of me doing so hence this is absolutely ridiculous. I merely replied sure , not “ yeah lets do it , can i have ur ID ?”

Please note that i have spent thousands on csgoroll as well. If anyone wants to find out more go read my twitter thread, email me or something and ill tell you . you decide if u wanna spend money here urself

Cant really say much about that site, in 15 tries you go 14 times broke and you win once. Aint much fun, loosing 20 times in a row at a "50/50" chance of winning.

To be honest, FOR ME, its the best csgo related gambling site, they use a fair system, and support is just always here for you, even on the discord !

I am sure Csgoroll is legit. I got lucky and made profit from converting my 80 coins skin to a 120 coin knife, and I have lots maybe 20 dollar in bank deposits after. The problem is that I have had bugs in crash where I couldn't cash out when i placed the bet. The button appeared as grey. And even if you check the logs you cant really see the glitch. I guess just record when you gamble it'll be easier to get your money back unless your some famous youtube. Pretty nice that you can get daily rewards (0.03-0.06 or way more if you play lots) so you can have some hope to go from nothing to a knife which i have seen.

Sehr unseriös. Hier sei auch jeder gewarnt, der Anbieter entzieht sich jeglicher Verantwortung zur Einhaltung von nationalen Glücksspielgesetzen. Es gibt weder einen Schutz noch Hinweise für auf Spielsucht.

Es gab heute Server-Probleme und plötzlich wurden die eingetauschten Gegenstände nicht dem Konto gutgeschrieben (Items weg und Geld weg).

Support antwortet schnell, möchte jedoch von mir meine Steam API Key zur Überprüfung. Da ich den Anbieter, gerade wegen dieses Zwischenfall mit den "verlorenen" Gegenstand nicht vertraue, habe ich dies verneint. Der Kundenservice meinte daraufhin, dass man nichts machen kann, bedeutet dass ohne Angabe der Steam API Key, der Artikel nicht zurückerstattet wird.

PS Und es ist schon zumindest etwas seltsam, dass die ganzen positiven Bewertungen hier, nicht im besten Deutsch verfasst und meist nur auf 1-2 Sätze begrenzt sind...

Edit 11.05.: Deutsch-sprachiger Support fehlt scheinbar (siehe Antwort auf diese Bewertung), es fehlen auch gesetzliche Hinweise auf der Seite zum Glücksspielerschutz.

Before the relaunch, Csgoroll has been one of the sites i used to frequent and one of the sites where i experienced gambling, which was of course a mixed experience in general, because it's gambling, but it did give and helped me figure out how gambling works, so that was fun at the time. Now that they've relaunched, it feels like they've been doing as well as before, and maybe even better. I hope your time on Roll would be the same, and remember, only gamble what you can lose and never chase your losses.
