I deposited money and can't buy anything. Gives various errors like "offer expired", "no item in inventory", "invalid trade link seller"

Site is good, I love the interface of it. Selling here is pretty safe cause you know neither the seller or buyer information until the transaction happens. However, Shadowpay can you please provide another method for checking the buyer information, like steam account create date and steam level when transaction happens, this is to prevent API scam for the seller.

I got scammed by shadowpay.com. I sold my expensive knife on their side. The money was on my wallet on site no problem. And I tried to withdrawal my money but as you all know they cancelled bank withdrawal so I used my crpto account. 12 days later there's nothing. 450 Dollars just disappeared. I contacted their horrible support and they say we sent the money to crpto account. But they didn't. God knows which account they sent the money. This is a horrible scam site. Do not sell your items on this scam site, never ever please.... I actually got scammed.

Już 30 dni czekam żeby wypłacić ponad 1000zł na konto bankowe i przez ten okres czasu ani razu sie nie pojawiła opcja możliwości wypłaty na kartę bankową , jestem zawiedziony i nie wiem co dalej z tymi środkami bedzię.

Actually, the site is good and safe. But few days ago, i sold an item and the money wasn't transferred to my wallet. So i made a ticket about it but they told me that I clicked the "donate items" button and my money had been transferred to shadowpaycharity. They said there is nothing they could do. So if you see this message, please I need my money back.

Shadowpay is really fast & super smooth, no glitches at all, you can get skins for half the price deals are super hot ;) I would definitely recommend Shadowpay if you wish to sell or buy skins, they also support Crypto .. it is a win win situation

This is a review for the Withdraw System, not for the marketplace!
I have recieved some money from a website to my shadowpay account and I wanted to withdraw them to my bank account, but it was impossible, since I cannot withdraw any amount. The option is unavailable.
I've contacted the support team numerous times and the answer was always the same: "we have problems with it, it shoud be done in couple of days". 3 weeks have gone and I still can't withdraw the money. But the deposit option using the credit card is working just fine.
So, if you are thinking about selling your items there, mind that you can't withdraw the money to your card. Until now, it seems like a money trap. Review will be updated as soon as the problem is fixed.

Actually the ShadowPay has very good and fast support, whenever you have a problem you can write them via the Homepage or on mail, I have deposited some of my old csgo and dota 2 skins and got myself a few new ones, the trade at first seemed weird and random, but since now there is a verification code (on steam and ShadowPay) and my experience it all works very well.
I didnt try the withdrawl to my visa since my name hasn't got the minimum requirements but I guess that would work aswell (before doing so ask the support)

Witam. Niestety odradzam wypłaty na stronie SHADOWPAY. Zwykli oszuści. Zleciłem wypłate poprzez karte VISA to 3 razy odrzucili (bez podania przyczyny) a tuż po napisaniu na panel odpowiedzieli żeby użyć innej opcji zrzucając wine na mój bank. (gdzie nie korzystam z kryptowalut) Bank zweryfikował i nawet nie było żadnego przelewu na daną ilość pieniędzy. . SCAM.

I had a problem with the site and after contacting support it was resolved within a few hours. However, the problem could have been avoided if the site made clear the requirements for funds to be eligible withdrawal from the website. Still a great website and I've trusted them with hundreds of dollars in csgo skins so they're legit.

I was afraid with the comments about the site that it is a scam site after I sold my skin because while I was trying to withdraw my money daily withdrawal limit was 0.9$ daily and the minimum withdrawal limit was $10. So, thought that my money is gone but the day after I could withdraw my money successfully, I advise it.

Wszystko jest w jak najlepszym porządku, sprzedaz skinow jest naprawde szybka, tylko jest jeden minus przez ktory daje tylko 4 gwiazdki to czas oczekiwania na wyplate na karte strasznie dlugi a szkoda...

Edit. Mam problem z wypłaceniem z strony na karte nagle po 3 dniach czekania dostalem powiadomienie o anulowanej transakcji... :c

Withdraw via bitcoin they sent it through litecoin and now they wont do anything about even though it was there fault. I don't recommend cashing or buying through this site as it is probably just gonna scam your money. Very bad support system and no call number to get actually human x human support.

I will give them 5 stars after i tried their card withdrawal as it seems to be down for some days now.

Other than that, shadowpay is good for selling, you can find really good deals when buying, decent fees, crypto withdrawals are done in a few minutes, support is helpfull and really friendly.

Edit:Card withdrawals are back and fully working, now shadowpay is a 5/5 website

I have been trying to withdraw money for 2 months and my transaction has been constantly rejected. Now I think this problem is about the site, not the bank, and it makes me nervous. Problems with withdrawals to credit cards should be resolved as soon as possible.
I keep getting this error : ''Your payment has been declined. Please check your details and try again, or contact support.''

Had a horrible experience withdrawing to a third party website, where they no longer did business with Shadowpay anymore. The third party site essentially stole my withdrawal, but the Support team at Shadowpay were generous enough to return the funds regardless. Will definitely continue using.
