Was asked to give them private information (ID, full credit card numbers, and social) to "verify" my account after winning several bets saying there was a report that needed verification from the holder of MY card. It's obvious they wanted to take my information since the reports were from MY own card and I never made any of these reports or got any e-mail's, calls,
or anything from my card company, I had been using this card on their site for months and I only get banned when I don't immediately withdraw my balance. I wouldn't trust this site anymore. They have something they sent me that's in their terms of service when I told them I didn't want to give them all of my payment and personal info saying they can ban me for it so they can ban you whenever they want. I wouldn't put any money on this site. Sad considering I've put over a thousand dollars on the site in total and I don't even make half of that back and I'm banned. It's like they want to bait you into giving them your personal info just so you can get your money back

Avis assez mitigé, il est vrai que l'on perd assez souvent, cependant il m'est arrivé plusieurs fois de tomber sur des skins de valeurs dans des caisses a pas chère et d'être donc plutôt satisfait. C'est le jeu et il faut l'accepté mais quel plaisir de drop un skins rare dans des caisses des plus banales :). Au final je suis content du site meme s'il ma parfois fait m'énerver et d'autres fois rendu heureux .

It's an excellent skin site, I think the prices are fair and the probability of profiting is very good!

In all honesty, Datdrop is 1000000% times better than this. I've had quite a great time there and my profit was wonderful! I decided to try this for my viewers and lets just say Ive lost more money here than everything Ive lost combined in datdrop. Definitely not for me and would not recommend either. Goodluck to yall though LOL.
Example of how much it actually "isn't fair" in their system. I bought 20 cases of a particular thing just to prove a point. 19/ 20 cases were the SAME gun, for the same price. I opened 20 cases on Datdrop of the same particular thing, I got the same weapon maybe twice of all cases. You cannot lie to your customers when we clearly are losing 90% of the time. At least provide your "fair" program codes so we can run them ourselves.

Awesome and a really trustable site to get some crazy skins

Not only can you not delete your account by yourself (you have to contact support to do so), they make it easier to sell and re-gamble your winnings rather than making it easy to redeem what they said you'd be winning.

This company does not have any gambling licenses under Dutch law yet they advertise their services through google ads to Dutch customers.

Also their trustpilot profile is not quite accurate, they are listed as videogame store when in reality it really should be listed as gambling website, because that is what it is, it is only loosely related to cs:go as their payment method is skins, however almost never the actual skin you won, you'd either have to install a plugin an wait for the item(s), sell the item or withdraw something else with roughly the same value giving you credit to make up for the difference which incentivizes more gambling when you actually were about to cash out.

Very predatory company, the support department is using pictures of random people on the internet to appear more legit, now their customer service has not lied to me but I do not see why it would use someone else's profile picture for their customer support agents...

They seem to forget that they are a gambling service, even their company profiles (for the ones that are listed on this sites website) do not mention any gambling activity, they are apparently a retail company in Singapore, and a technical consultant company in Cyprus.

Edit 1:
How is it possible to not call this gambling, this is what I mean with predatory business, based on this I will be filing a report with law enforcement.
It is also quite strange that I'm able to get a response on a bad review, but they have not complied to my GDPR data insight and removal request yet.
According to Dutch interpretation of Lootboxes, this is considered gambling, you can call this my opinion, but my opinion is based on the law of the country I reside in and that you accepted payment from. There are no systems in place checking my country of origin.

Because of this half-assed reply to my personal experience of your service, I will be working in collaboration of my lawyer to form a formal complaint.

Edit 2:
In addition of Lootbox opening activities, you DO have gambling services such as the upgrade feature literally featuring a probability meter and multiplier, calling this not gambling is LYING. There's another gambling feature where you battle between lootboxes, this is not only gambling the items you could get out of it, but you are gambling against someone for who gets to win items.

TL;DR, this is a GAMBLING website, disguising as a store/retail company. Do not trust!

Hellcase.com bans users arbitrarily and permanently for using their "Daily Free" bonus. This makes me wonder why the "Daily Free" feature is offered as users will be banned for using it!?
NEVER spend money on this site!

EDIT: I actually read the ToS, apparently our understanding of 'This condition is clearly stated in our Terms of Service' differs significantly.
Even your response contains more information than the ToS.
